As part of an evolving digital and growth strategy, a key opportunity has become available for a Digital Performance Lead to join the marketing team.
This role sits within a well-established function and plays a critical part in driving digital performance, customer acquisition and overall marketing effectiveness.
The Role
Reporting to the Digital Performance Manager, you will act as the second-in-command within the digital team, combining hands-on technical capability with emerging leadership responsibilities. You will lead a small team while owning the performance and optimisation of the organisation’s digital ecosystem across website, CRM and paid and organic channels.
This is a highly visible role that requires both strategic thinking and the ability to execute. You will be responsible for identifying performance opportunities, improving conversion rates and building a clear roadmap for digital growth, while working closely with internal teams and external partners.
The role will suit a well-rounded digital professional who understands how all elements of the digital landscape connect, from campaigns and content through to CRM, user experience and data.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Performance and Optimisation
- Own and optimise performance across all digital channels, including website, CRM and paid and organic media.
- Develop and deliver a clear roadmap focused on lead generation, conversion improvement and ROI.
CRO, UX and Customer Experience
- Lead the conversion rate optimisation program, including testing frameworks and experimentation.
- Continuously improve website performance, usability and accessibility to support diverse audiences.
- Enhance end-to-end user journeys to drive engagement, nurture leads and improve conversion outcomes.
Data, Analytics and Reporting
- Oversee tracking, attribution and performance measurement across key platforms and tools.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor performance against KPIs and inform decision making.
Leadership
- Act as 2IC to the Digital Performance Manager, supporting team coordination and delivery standards.
- Lead and mentor a small team, building capability across campaigns, UX and performance marketing.

You will likely demonstrate:
- Strong experience across digital performance, including CRO, SEO, campaigns and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with website optimisation and digital ecosystems.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
- The ability to analyse performance data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Confidence leading or mentoring others, with a desire to step into a leadership role.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
