About the Role
Join a dedicated in-house call centre team providing support to families across Australia as their first point of contact. Based in Varsity Lakes, this 6-8 week casual position for an ASAP start is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service, assisting families through the enrolment process, and managing inquiries.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle outbound calls to new or existing families to assist with enrolment and provide support.
  • Manage waitlist families, guiding them through the enrolment process and offering information on specific centres.
  • Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate call logs.
  • Engage in survey and feedback collection, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the customer care team, who manage escalations and complaints.

About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
  • 12 months of customer service experience, ideally in a phone based environment.
  • Confidence in managing outbound calls and providing exceptional customer service.
