Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls to new or existing families to assist with enrolment and provide support.
- Manage waitlist families, guiding them through the enrolment process and offering information on specific centres.
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate call logs.
- Engage in survey and feedback collection, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the customer care team, who manage escalations and complaints.

About You
