About the role: 

This is a 12-month maternity leave contract for a Customer Marketing Manager, responsible for driving in-market activation and supporting customer engagement across the Australian market. This role sits at the intersection of brand and commercial delivery, ensuring marketing activity directly supports sales performance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver customer marketing initiatives aligned to brand strategy and commercial goals.
  • Work closely with local sales teams and global marketing functions, bringing brand strategies to life through targeted campaigns, activations, and customer-focused initiatives.
  • Execute campaigns, activations, and events across multiple channels and customer segments.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless in-market delivery.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring spend is prioritised and delivers strong ROI.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimise future activity.
  • Support sales teams with tailored marketing collateral and tools to drive customer engagement.
About you:

You are a commercially minded marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys turning strategy into market execution. 
  • Experience in customer or brand marketing, ideally within FMCG or food and beverage.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently locally and interstate. 
  • Strong capability in delivering campaigns and activations that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • A data-led approach, with the ability to translate insights into practical action.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and project delivery skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing agencies and marketing budgets.
