The Role
Reporting to the Website Lead, you will be responsible for identifying and supporting the implementation of website improvements that contribute to a best-in-class customer experience. You will champion a customer-first mindset, using data and insight to drive meaningful change across the website, from reducing friction in the customer journey through to improving overall conversion rates and SEO visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Website Analysis and Insight Generation
- Analyse user behaviour using tools such as Google Analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings to understand how customers interact with the website.
- Proactively identify pain points and opportunities to improve the customer journey from entry through to conversion.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to benchmark UX performance and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Develop data-informed hypotheses for A/B and multivariate tests designed to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Assist in the setup, execution, and monitoring of tests using CRO platforms.
- Analyse experiment results and present clear, actionable recommendations to the wider team.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and user flows to visualise proposed improvements.
- Collaborate with SEO, Content, and Development teams to ensure UX best practices are embedded across all website updates.
- Work closely with the SEO and Website Lead to ensure all UX and CRO activity aligns with the broader digital strategy.
- Contribute to regular reporting on key website metrics including conversion rate, bounce rate, and user engagement.
- Clearly communicate findings, project progress, and test results to stakeholders across the business.

You will likely demonstrate:
- 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing, UX, or website-focused role.
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms, particularly Google Analytics.
- Exposure to A/B testing principles and CRO platforms.
- Experience with user behaviour tools such as Hotjar or Crazy Egg would be highly regarded.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
