About the role

The Corporate Services Manager (HR & Business Operations Lead) is a critical appointment responsible for building and leading an integrated corporate services function across the organisation.
  
Reporting to the CEO and COO, this role will bring together HR, compliance, business operations, facilities and systems into a cohesive, high-performing function that supports growth, improves efficiency and strengthens governance.
  
This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring someone who can operate both strategically and operationally, building structure, improving processes and ensuring the business is set up to scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the HR function, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and performance frameworks
  • Establish and oversee corporate services including compliance, facilities, assets and operational support
  • Drive process improvement and streamline workflows across HR and business operations
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS, aged care and broader regulatory requirements
  • Optimise systems and processes (Microsoft 365 / internal platforms) to improve efficiency and reporting
  • Partner closely with the CEO, COO and operational leaders to support growth and delivery
  • Build organisational structure, role clarity and reporting frameworks
  • Support large-scale workforce mobilisation and onboarding during growth periods
  • Lead audit readiness, compliance tracking and governance processes
  • Coach and uplift capability across HR and operations teams

You are a hands-on, values-driven leader who combines strong HR expertise with operational capability.
You bring experience leading HR or corporate services functions within health, disability, aged care or similarly regulated environments, and are comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving organisations.
