About your new role
This is a 3 month contract role to go permanent and as the Shed Coordinator, you will be part of the motor vehicle team in the Moorebank office.
- Triage vehicles upon arrival and check them into the systems
- Meet and greet tow truck drivers and control the flow of drop offs and collections
- Vehicle inspection and monitoring
- updating the systems of incoming/outgoing vehicles
- register key tags in the system
- Admin ad hoc work
About you
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in customer service and administration - ideally in claims management
