Our financial services client is seeking a skilled Cloud Governance Lead to play a pivotal role in the Cloud Governance Committee (CGC) for the organisation. This position is responsible for managing the committee’s activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and overseeing the cloud risk profile to stay within approved risk limits. This role is crucial for maintaining compliance with cloud arrangements across Australia and New Zealand.

Core Responsibilities:
- Committee Operations: Serve as the secretariat for the CGC, handling submissions and ensuring that cloud services adhere to security, risk, and compliance standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including those in architecture, risk management, outsourcing, data governance, and security.
- Documentation Oversight: Manage essential documents such as the Charter, Cloud Hosting Framework, CGC Pipeline register, and SharePoint resources.
- Training & Assistance: Create and provide training for stakeholders, and support business units and external vendors through the CGC submission process.
- Process Oversight: Ensure that the CGC's processes align with its Charter and our client’s internal policies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Risk, Outsourcing Governance, Data Governance, Procurement, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, and external vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
- Knowledge Management: Keep all CGC-related documentation and knowledge materials current and accurate.
- At least 10 years of experience managing complex programs
- Extensive knowledge of infrastructure technology
- Understanding of APRA Standard CPS230/231 for Outsourcing
