An exciting opportunity exists for a Change Manager to join the organisation's Project Delivery Team preparing change management packages.

The successful candidate will be required to design, build and implement the change management strategy, initiatives, processes, tools and training packages required for projects within the Strategic Projects function in order to move the organisation to a culture of sharing information.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop the change management and education program to communicate the program or project strategy and deliverables to a broader audience within the organisation, including key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement change management plan, processes and tools, including a communications channel to communicate changes within the program or project to the broader project audience and knowledge sharing platform,  ensuring alignment to organisational  change processes and activities.
  • Determine and develop capability and training requirements, relevant training content and delivery channels; implement education and training program across the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders through timely, strategic and valued advice to drive the organisational change required by the program or project strategy and deliverables.
  • Provide advice and solutions to track adoption of and proficiency of project change and communication initiatives.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
  • Experience in assessing a range of change intervention options and monitoring the progress of change programs.
  • Knowledge of the tools, techniques and methodologies used for change management
  • Strong stakeholder management, engagement and relationship skills including the ability to work in partnership with stakeholders
  • Experience working across cultural driven change
  • Ability to produce program-level change plans that effectively manage dependencies, risks, and issues related to the successful delivery of outcomes.
  • Ability to extract and analyze data and provide recommendations and advice.
