We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the successful delivery of a digital transformation project within a large, multi-stakeholder environment.

This contract opportunity will see you leading strategic and operational change initiatives—ensuring stakeholders are engaged, risks are managed, and business outcomes are aligned with the broader vision. You'll be working alongside project managers, technical teams, and subject matter experts to drive adoption and embed lasting change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end change and communication activities across the project lifecycle
• Analyse and manage change impacts across systems, processes, and teams
• Engage and support stakeholders at all levels to foster alignment and commitment
• Develop and implement strategies to address resistance and ensure successful adoption
• Align change activities to project plans, timelines, and business objectives

About You:

• 5+ years' experience in organisational change and communications
• Strong background in system and process-related change projects
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and resistance management
• Demonstrated success in complex project environments (Agile and Waterfall)
• Experience working in higher education is desirable
