The Opportunity: 
This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity based at the Nathan campus. The successful Change Manager will work across multiple projects and product teams, supporting the delivery of technology programs. You will be responsible for engaging and communicating broadly with stakeholders to drive information transparency, identify and minimise the impact of change, and assess minimum viable change to deliver successful outcomes.  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate change management activities to deliver a comprehensive change management approach; developing fit-for-purpose change solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption.
  • Support leaders in successfully managing and delivering change.
  • Provide change recommendations to project service teams and senior leaders, working as a key business partner/advisor across the greater business.
  • Develop and coordinate appropriate communications plans/schedules.
  • Contribute effectively to identifying new areas of capability improvement within Griffith University which may be enhancements to skills, technology or processes.
  • Support and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders and develop relationships across the business. Help develop and promote stakeholder strategies and plans.    
About you:   
  • Demonstrated ability to work cohesively with teams to share ideas and support the achievement of goals.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Creative approach to delivering appropriate advice across a broad range of engagement requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
