Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the impacts of change and develop tailored change management strategies.
- Develop and deliver communication plans, training materials, and support resources to drive adoption.
- Facilitate workshops to gather feedback, address concerns, and support the transition to new ways of working.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and resistance related to change.
- Work closely with project teams to align change activities with project deliverables.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Proven experience as a Change Analyst or similar role, ideally within a higher education or complex organisational environment.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver clear communication and training plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in analysing business impacts and developing actionable plans to address them.
- High-level organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
