This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced aged care leader to take on a key management role within a supportive organisation.

About the Role As Care Manager, you will provide leadership across clinical care and day-to-day operations, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and developing the care team.

• Salary: Up to $125,000 base + super
• Start Date: Prior to October
• Experience: Minimum 3 years' aged care management experience preferred

• Location Preference: Candidates already based in the Mackay/Whitsundays region preferred

• Previous experience in an aged care management or senior leadership position
• Strong knowledge of residential aged care operations and clinical standards
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• The ability to lead a team with confidence, empathy and accountability
