You will mentor and support the clinical team while driving quality improvements, clinical governance and positive outcomes for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the clinical care team to deliver exceptional resident-centred care.
- Oversee clinical governance, care planning and ongoing clinical assessments.
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation.
- Monitor clinical indicators, incident management and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate admissions, care reviews and resident assessments.
- Support accurate AN-ACC classifications to reflect resident care needs.
- Promote best practice in infection prevention, medication management and resident safety.
- Coach, mentor and develop nursing and care staff to achieve positive clinical outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Minimum five years' clinical nursing experience, including at least one year within residential aged care.
- Previous experience in a Care Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator, Clinical Lead or similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical governance and compliance requirements.
- Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary care teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Full-time, six-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
- Competitive salary of up to $120,000 plus superannuation.
- Immediate start available.

- Preference will be given to candidates already living in, or willing to relocate to, the Harden or Young region.
