The role

As the Business Development Manager, you will join a highly successful sales team with well established relationships across the ASX top 50 and both state and federal government organisations. On the back of continued success, there is the need to continue to add value and expertise to the sales organisation as they look to continue their growth into 2023.

You will be a natural hunter with proven background in winning new business whilst having the ability to leverage existing relationships to expand current revenue streams across existing customers.

This role will focus on a range of technical services offerings supporting digital transformation whether it be professional services, managed services or end to end project delivery.

The Successful candidate:
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in a technology focussed sales role
  • You will have a background in selling professional services offerings, whether working in the consulting, vendor or staff augmentation industries
  • Proven SME across digital transformation with the ability to understand a clients commercial challenge and help build robust technical solutions
  • Ability to build and influence relationships working with a range of stakeholders up to c suite
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annualised targets
  • You will be a hunter with a proven track record in hitting and overachieving against your targets
  • Proven network across the VIC territory, any established relationships will be highly beneficial
