About the role
The Business Analyst will become the Business Intelligence Master and work with the business to develop reports that will assist with decision making. You will be encouraged to think differently and bring ideas that will improve ways of working in this vibrant and fun and supportive business. 

• Develop performance analysis 
• Build business relationships with key stakeholders
• Develop board reports 
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles 
• Play a collaborative role in projects and planning meetings 
• Participate in UAT that may be required during implementations 
• Be an expert in Power BI and Power Pivot 
• Develop processes that improves the accuracy of the data

About the individual 

• You will be degree qualified in Finance, Business or IT 
• Bring at least 3 year's experience from a similar role 
• Proficient with SQL 
• Deep knowledge with Power BI 
• Confident communication and influencing skills
