We’re seeking two Billing & Claims Officers to join a leading NFP healthcare organisation in their Caboolture office. These temporary roles will support the Accounts Receivable & Collections team with day to day administration, billing and data entry.

What you'll be doing:
- High-volume data entry, billing, adjustments, and claims processing
- Maintaining accurate client and account records in line with aged care legislation
- Reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, and supporting invoicing processes
- Assisting with accommodation bond and Medicare claims processing
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, families, and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with organisational policies, legislation, and audit requirements
- Previous billing/accounts receivable experience (aged care or healthcare highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance systems (Dynamics AX9 experience advantageous)
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a flexible, proactive approach
- Well presented and able to represent organisational values professionally
