The Opportunity
We are partnering exclusively with Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE) who are embarking on a transformative 5-year investment plan. To ensure their strategic objectives translate into tangible outcomes, we are seeking a Benefits Realisation Lead to join the Stategy & Tranformation division under the enterprise PMO (ePMO).
This isn't a role for a spectator. You will be leading the Benefits Realisation Framework, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and operational data. You will work colloborate with Sponsors and Project Owners to identify, measure, and most importantly validate the value Brisbane Catholic Education deliver to their schools and communities.

- Data-Driven: Leverage a wealth of data and Power BI to interpret dashboards and provide independent assurance of project success.
- The Framework Expertise: Proven experience in Benefits Realisation, Value Management, or a senior ePMO role where you have developed methodologies and tools.
- Influence & Mentorship: You know how to coach & influence Sponsors and Project Managers, acting as the SME on best practices for ROI and business case alignment.
- Analytical Rigor: A strong ability to interpret data (Power BI experience is highly regarded) to show ROI and value metrics.
- Change Savvy: A background in either, Project Management, Change Management or Economics, with an understanding that benefits realisation is a shared journey.
- Highly Desirable: Any experience or knowledge of the education sector.
