Key Details
- $36.45 per hour + super
- Full-time hours | Monday to Friday
- Contract: 05/05/2026 – 31/07/2026 (potential extension)
- South Bank location (primary) + Brisbane north & south side vacancies
- Group interviews onsite – next Thursday (South Bank)
As the AO2 Customer Experience Officer you will be part of a high-performing customer service team, supporting enquiries across multiple service channels.
Team placement will be determined after interview – candidates must be open to working across any of the below:
- Contact Centre: High-volume inbound calls, enquiries and customer support
- Front Counter: Face-to-face customer service, transactions and student support
- Applications: Application processing, data entry and outbound enquiries
- Managing high volumes of customer enquiries (phone and/or face-to-face)
- Providing accurate information, advice and resolutions
- Processing applications, requests and system updates with high accuracy
- Handling customer interactions with empathy, professionalism and efficiency
- Working within KPIs and service level targets
- Maintaining accurate records across multiple systems
To be successful within the AO2 Customer Experience Officer positions, you would bring the following:
- Experience in customer service, call centre, administration or retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Confidence using multiple systems and technology
- Candidates on working holiday visa's encouraged to apply!
- Must be available to attend a group interview onsite at South Bank next Thursday (16/04)
- Must be available for the full contract period (05/05/2026 – 31/07/2026)
- Must be open to working across any team (no preference selection)
- Ability to travel to Brisbane locations if required
