Administration Officer
Job description
Troocoo is partnering with a well-respected aged care organisation to recruit an experienced and highly organised Administration Officer for an initial 3-month temporary assignment, with potential for extension. Supporting the General Manager and broader leadership team, this role will focus on reviewing, updating and managing operational documentation and administrative processes across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing high-quality work and can confidently manage competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, review and maintain operational documents, templates and procedures
• Prepare documentation for leadership review and approval
• Ensure all documents are accurate, professionally presented and aligned to organisational standards
• Provide administrative support to Regional Managers and the wider leadership team
• Maintain electronic files and records across Word and PDF formats
• Assist with general administration and coordination tasks as required
About You
• Previous administration experience within a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and document formatting capability
• Excellent written communication and organisational skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
• Professional, reliable and proactive approach
• Experience within aged care, healthcare or community services will be highly regarded
