Contract Details
  • $35 per hour + Superannuation 
  • Initial 2 month contract with opportunity to extend 
  • Inner East Brisbane location
The Role
  • Provide administrative support across internal teams
  • Assist with preparation of documentation and contracts
  • Coordinate internal events and team activities 
  • Update and maintain internal systems and records
  • Assisting with processing of invoices 
  • Support with ad hoc tasks as required
About You
  • Strong administration experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Blue Card & Yellow Card is ideal 
  • Payroll or Accounts experience 
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident working across multiple systems
  • Friendly, adaptable and team-focused approach
