About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
- Matching purchase orders to supplier invoices and reconciling monthly statements
- Managing supplier queries and correspondence
- Data entry and updating records in the company system (JAIX)
- Stationery ordering and maintaining the E-Tag register
- General office duties including phones, emails, scanning, filing, and assisting with enquiries
- Assisting with weekly payroll processing and Single Touch Payroll (STP) submissions
- Maintaining staff files (paper and electronic)
- Preparing Letters of Offer, Employment Agreements, and other staff correspondence
- Updating leave records and monthly payroll summary spreadsheets
- Generating reports as required by management
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focus
- The ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong time management and the ability to handle confidential information
- Previous experience in accounts or payroll (highly regarded)
- Exposure to the transport industry, JAIX software, or a Certificate II in Accounts Administration would be well regarded
- Full-time permanent position (40 hours/week)
