This role blends customer service, administration, and financial support, playing a key part in ensuring accurate estimates, invoicing, and data management. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process estimates, invoices, and sales orders
- Maintain accuracy across large data sets and financial records
- Perform data reconciliation and investigate discrepancies
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather and verify information
- Update and manage databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Support reporting, KPI tracking, and administrative functions
- Ensure compliance with processes, quality standards, and procedures
- Experience in customer service, administration, or accounts support
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- 6-month temporary contract with an immediate start
- Monday to Friday, full-time hours
- Convenient inner north location
- $40 per hour + super (depending on experience)
- 100% office-based role (5 days per week)
