About the Role

This role blends customer service, administration, and financial support, playing a key part in ensuring accurate estimates, invoicing, and data management. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process estimates, invoices, and sales orders
  • Maintain accuracy across large data sets and financial records
  • Perform data reconciliation and investigate discrepancies
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather and verify information
  • Update and manage databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
  • Support reporting, KPI tracking, and administrative functions
  • Ensure compliance with processes, quality standards, and procedures
About You
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or accounts support
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
