Troocoo are currently seeking exceptional customer service consultants that have extensive experience both on the phone and face to face who are interested in building on their already strong skills within a temporary position.
These positions will act as the first point of contact for all customers calling through to the business. On a day-to-day basis the responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for all inbound calls
- Addressing all service requests and customer enquires
- Processing requests
- Warm outbound calling customers
- Updating customer files
- Maintain a high level of communication between the business and the customer
- Adhoc administration duties
