- Application support in both mobile and on premise technologies.
- Desktop support with escalated issues.
- Experience with Device management and overall support to different branch's/districts/accounts.
- Administration and user support of corporate CRM systems and O365 Solutions.
- Provide a high level of customer service with urgency and enthusiasm when dealing with issues and solutions.
- Degree in computer science, Systems management, computing networking or equivalent experience
- Experience implementing and maintaining a Microsoft windows environment.
- Experience with application and automation software and deployment
- Network troubleshooting and desktop support.
