- Gathering and documenting business requirements and generating user stories and test cases
- Running Salesforce training workshops
- General Salesforce administration tasks
- Writing functional specifications and solution design
- 5+ years proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- Experience from a Product background rather than Projects ESSENTIAL
- A strong technical and business focus with excellent people skills
- Worked with business partners to understand process as-is and future states
- Completed admin tasks in salesforce including; user provisioning, pick-list values, mock-up page layouts
