- Conducting group interviews and assessment centers
- Screening, interviewing and reference checking candidates
- Managing advertising and attraction campaigns
- On boarding new staff
- Minimum of 2 years in-house and/or agency end-to-end recruitment
- Previous experience with volume recruitment and running assessment centers
- Fantastic communication, written and organisation skills
- Strong levels of drive of motivation
- Ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders
