We are seeking an exceptional corporate receptionist who is available immediately for this short-term temporary assignment.
These roles act as the face of the business and the main point of contact with internal and external customers and stakeholders. On a day to day basis the responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for customers face to face and over the phone
- Assist with managing email inboxes and responding to queries in a timely manner
- Accurate data entry and electronic file management
- Adhoc administration duties
The successful applicants will be immediately available and have a corporate receptionist background. It is a requirement that you possess a current criminal history check. In addition, you will be looking to further develop within administration and professional services with strong communication skills as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise.
