Job Description

Our client is currently undergoing a large transformation project and they now have a new requirement for a Program Coordinator to actively contribute to supporting the Program team, including organisational planning, performance measurement, reporting.

Role Responsibilities: 
  • Prepare and submit project documentation regularly to account for program progress (e.g. through weekly and monthly status reports) ensuring a single point of truth for the overall program's management of information.
  • Coordinate monthly updates of actual and forecast program and project costs.
  • Track, manage the progress and status reporting of Idea Brief production, submission and responses
  • Facilitate monthly risks and issues reviews and maintain the risks and issues register.
  • Manage activities and interdependencies, take corrective action as required to resolve issues and control change within tolerances.
  • Undertake project compliance and assurance activities.
Essential Skillset:
  • Strong track record in applying project management principles, protocols and methods, and have demonstrated successful application of these within a large organisation.
  • 5+ years experience in ICT Project Support roles
  • Substantial capability in project planning techniques including the ability to assess and manage risks, costs, resources, and outcomes/deliverables.
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills
