Due to a Payroll System implementation, the need now arises for a Payroll Specialist to oversee Quality Assurance in the processing and to review and improve reporting. This role will be offered as a six month fixed term contract.
The role will involve:
- Undertake QA of payroll transaction including superannuation payments
- Review all Payroll Processes
- Review Reporting including superannuation and FBT
- Assist with migration of data
- Testing systems and functions
- Keeping senior managers updated
- Liaising with various internal stakeholders
- Liaising with software providers
- A solid work history in Payroll projects
- Demonstrated implementation experience
- A quick learner
- The ability to 'make things happen'
- The ability work independently and priorities effectively
- The ability to analyse reports, create new reports and make changes to improve existing procedures
