Job Description
The role of Office Manager is a critical hire for this business as they set up their Australia operations. You will be responsible for all operational aspects of the office as well as team support duties. This is a varied role, and as the Australian operations is in its infancy, you will be required to set up and create the administrative function within the business. Additional key responsibilities include:
- Diary management
- Travel and accommodation bookings
- Event planning
- Ensure all general office administration & reception duties are carried out in a timely, efficient and professional manner
- Maintaining appropriate levels of stationery and office amenities
- Liaise with building management to ensure the security and amenity of the corporate office
- Manage the schedule of office meetings and maintain the schedule of meetings, distribution of agendas, minute taking and publishing of outcomes and action items
