Due to an increased demand, my client is looking for a number of motivated and customer focused Administration Assistants for a 12 month temporary assignment. You will be responsible for assisting customers across a variety of products and services. On a day to day basis your key duties will include:
- First point of contact for all customers enquiries
- Assessing loan applications
- Ensuring all customers documents are received and meet the compliance standards
- Assisting customers with any applications
You will be a customer service extraordinaire that prides yourself on your strong attention to detail skills. You will be comfortable liaising with a wide range of stakeholders and have the ability to build relationships through your ability to empathise and quickly identify the needs of your customer. You will be outcomes focused and love working within an ever changing environment.
