They will be required to drive innovation and agility through the approach to solving business problems and opportunities through process change and technology solutions. They will be leading a team of Business Analysts while providing advice, guidance and support to the team.
- Bachelor level tertiary qualification
- 3+ years in a similar Lead Business Analysis role
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management or Customer Management Solutions essential (i.e Salesforce)
- Demonstrated experience in successfully influencing and negotiating with stakeholders to achieve goals
- Ability to understand and document business processes using standard notation
- Experience in documenting and implementing web-based, web-enabled and mobile business applications.
- Experience in agile methodologies and how they can be applied to business requirements gathering and tracking
- Exceptional leadership skills
- BPMN process modelling
- Experience on Salesforce Implementation Projects highly desirable
