Head of Transformation Planning & Delivery
TROOCOO are extremely proud to be working on behalf of CUA to recruit the newly created and critical leadership role, Head of Transformation Planning and Delivery
Role overview 
As the Head of Transformation Planning & Delivery you will be a critical part of the Strategy and Transformation leadership team and CUA's broader Senior Leadership Team. You will work collaboratively to create the long-term vision (3-5 years) of strategic change outcomes.
You will be directly responsible for the business analysis and delivery planning of the critical Projects, Programs and Portfolio taken into delivery.
The successful candidate
  • You will be a master relationship builder and coach who is able to create relationships and influence across all levels and functions within the CUA business.
  • You are known for your action orientation, desire to understand, collaboration, critical thinking, enterprise thinking and problem solving.
  • You will be able to create cohesive delivery communities effective across all functions for the duration of the transformation program
  • As a senior change agent, you will support and navigate the business through times of high change ensuring cultural resilience.
Skills and experience required  
  • Minimum 10 years experience in leading and managing people, portfolios, programs, projects and budgets with demonstrated success project / program delivery using various delivery methodologies.
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise wide transformational change programs across multiple business units and complex businesses.
  • A strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles.
  • Expertise in working and navigating change in a compliance and statutory requirement driven environment.
  • Ideally have worked in the financial services industry, however relevant and demonstratable in other domains is acceptable.
