About this exceptional opportunity
As the HR Business Partner, responsible for the Organisation Development portfolio, this is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the overall business through HR business partnering and driving the organisation development for VGA. Reporting to the Vice President HR, you will join the wider HR team and partner with the management teams of the Country/Region.
You will be responsible for supporting the development of key strategic HR partnerships across the organisation and support globally aligned locally authentic business outcomes. You will enjoy identifying opportunities to support the business in achieving its strategic commercial business outcomes by successfully implementing and drawing on the HR business plan. In addition to HR business partnering, this role will play a key role in the development and delivery of advice and solutions regarding organisational development including supporting employee development, capability uplift, leadership development, and cultural change.
You are pragmatic, progressive and commercial HR professional, with a genuine passion for organisational development. You enjoy and excel at building and nurturing relationships with leaders across diverse business groups and can quickly grasp a strong understanding of core business needs. You confidently and easily partner and coach leaders and have demonstratable experience implementing people strategies, policies, and procedures to best practice. You have been identified as a high performer who is innovative, can exercise independent judgement and effective problem solving, and demonstrates leadership in every interaction you have with others.
