About the Role:

Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will provide pragmatic and timely HR advice, support and consultancy services to leaders and employees in line with operational objectives and organisational policies and procedures.  
This role offers autonomy, coupled with a supportive environment to enable the development and implementation of innovative people and culture initiatives, whilst maintaining the day to day operations of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as initial point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding Employee Relations advice, assistance & support.
  • Provide HR operational support to managers and staff throughout the full employee life cycle.
  • Interpret, operate and advise in accordance with award conditions, the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
  • Dispute resolution and consultation.
  • Provide adhoc support across HR projects 
About You:
  • Qualification in business/human resources or similar.
  • 3-4 years' experience working across generalist HR 
  • Strong HR generalist background and ability to work across the end to end employee lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of the Fair work Act and Australian Workplace Laws.
  • Ability to accurately interpret multiple modern award.
