Job Description

Our client is a world-class software development company, and they now have a requirement for a Global Software Support Manager.  The successful applicant will play an important role in enhancing our client's customer service on a global scale. This is a customer facing external support role and support of highly technical software’s customers.

Essential Skillset:
  • Understanding and ability to work with technical software
  • A mining engineer with strong software and consulting experience
  • 5+ years experience supporting complex technology based software products
  • Proven experience delivering customer services and support from the customer's perspective
  • Experience leading a team globally across multiple timezone
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
