Troocoo are proud to be partnering with a dynamic and innovative creative agency based in Brisbane’s CBD. They have enjoyed continued growth within their market due to their ability to consistently innovate and offer unique solutions to their clients.

Reporting through to the Business Manager they are seeking an outgoing, professional and dynamic client engagement specialist. You will be responsible for making direct approaches via online media to generate interest around the brand and service offerings with a view to convert to meetings.

Key accountabilities / skills for the role:
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to market and sell the products and services to prospective clients.
  • Researching potential clients within the Brisbane market to identify further needs relating to their brand
  • Creating marketing strategies to further identify opportunities
  • Make contact with prospective clients via phone, email, and if necessary, in person in order to secure face to face meetings with key team members.
  • Travel and diary management
  • Administrative support where required
This role is ideal for someone wanting to start or further develop their career within a creative agency. You will be confident, outgoing and enjoy liaising with a varied stakeholder base. Previous experience within an administrative or client facing position is desirable with a strong interest in marketing or creative design. This role will offer growth opportunities and allow you to learn from some of the best within the market.
