Job Description

Our client is undertaking an enterprise initiative to consolidate disparate financial systems across multiple business streams and the associated system, people and process changes. They have an immediate requirement for an experienced Change and Communications Manager to develop and manage the necessary change the Program will deliver to the business.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Create the overall change and communication strategy and roadmap for the  Program;
  • Creation and implementation of communication plans for key projects within the program that align with the communications strategy and roadmap;
  • Work with Internal Communications teams and channels to ensure the organisation remains well informed of developments and progress within the Program;
  • Work with project managers and stream leads to feed into meetings as appropriate;
  • Provide support to ensure that the appropriate communications are being developed and implemented to support the program;
  • Develop strong working relationships to get a good understanding of all activities, glean key priorities and identify any communication gaps that need to be addressed
Essential Skillset:
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • 6+ years in a similar Change & Comms Management role 
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully influencing and negotiating with stakeholders to achieve goals
  • Experience working across multiple platforms and technologies
  • Knowledge and experience in the strategy, planning and the delivery of both internal and external communications on complex projects;
  • Substantial experience of providing change management at a senior level within a professional service environment and/or a major organisation;
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills, with proven ability to develop and present complex plans and to facilitate organisational meetings and workshops;
  • A proven record of developing and using insights and communicating them to creative communities in a relevant and engaging way.
  • Able to demonstrate awareness of business and organisational sensitivities and reflect this in approaches to communicating change
