Susie Bradby is the Chief Financial Officer at Troocoo, bringing over 25 years’ experience in finance, including more than a decade in recruitment sector across London and Australia. Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG Australia, she has worked across diverse private and public sector organisations in Australia, the Cayman Islands, and the UK.
Susie has held senior leadership roles including CFO at Allen Lane Recruitment in London and Group Financial Controller at Bluefin Resources in Australia. At Allen Lane, Susie led the transformation of finance and IT functions through multiple ownership phases, from founder-led, publicly listed (Tokyo Stock Exchange) through to private equity environments. In these positions Susie played a key role in financial due diligence processes for each transition.
Her expertise spans financial leadership, governance and compliance, ISO accreditation, systems procurement projects, and reengineering of processes and reporting. She has led finance and operations teams, held board positions and worked closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
At Troocoo, Susie oversees the company’s financial strategy, with a focus on risk management, commercial performance and driving sustainable growth. She partners closely with the leadership team to ensure financial insight informs decision-making, while also investing in capability within her team to drive value across the business.
