She holds a Bachelor of Business with a specialisation in Human Resources and has previously worked on a range of recruitment projects, including an end-to-end recruitment initiative for a new hospital redevelopment.
Rachel's passion for recruitment stems from her belief that it is the first interaction a person has with a company and can add value to everyone involved. With a customer service background, Rachel enjoys dealing with people and helping them achieve their recruitment goals to build great teams.
