Oliver is a passionate recruitment professional with 12 years of industry experience and has worked both in Australia and the UK.
Over the last nine years, Oliver has been focused on driving talent acquisition solutions for clients throughout the Queensland market. He is known not only for his career opportunities here in Brisbane but is also widely known for the work he does in the Queensland regional markets, having worked on some of Queensland ‘s major infrastructure/resources projects.
Oliver focuses on both temporary and permanent recruitment engagement for clients in the sales, marketing & communication, and digital space. He is well connected and provides a high-touch process for both clients and candidates in the industry. Oliver understands the critical importance around developing and sustaining trusting relationships with both his candidates and clients and is regularly supporting the industry and his network around career advice, market research, key trends/events that go above his day to day role. He focuses on mid-level to C-Suite positions across a variety of industry sectors.
He continues to work with tier-one global organisations as well as Queensland Government, local council and the SME market and is regularly the ‘go-to’ for recruitment support within his specialist focus. Roles will include marketing, communications, community and stakeholder engagement, media/PR, digital and sales.
