Jack holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Waikato, which he completed in 2020. He began his professional career in customer service, developing a strong foundation in communication, stakeholder management and understanding of client needs. These skills have seamlessly translated into his recruitment career and continue to underpin his approach.
In 2023, Jack relocated to London where he began his career in recruitment, specialising in the technology sector, with a particular focus on Data and AI across the European market. Working in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment, he gained exposure to evolving technology landscapes and the complexities of hiring within specialist technical markets.
Now based in Brisbane, Jack brings over 2.5 years of recruitment experience and an international perspective to his work at Troocoo. He partners closely with clients to understand technical requirements, team dynamics and long-term objectives, while supporting candidates to navigate opportunities with clarity and context. His structured and considered approach enables him to manage processes effectively and deliver outcomes that are aligned and sustainable.
