Gerard is Troocoo’s Director of Technology, Data and Transformation. The Technology, Data and Transformation team runs an account management structure that enables our team to have a truly consultative and proactive partnership with our clients. We are aware of where our clients have been and where their journey of change is taking them.
As well as managing the technology and transformation team, Gerard collaborates with a number of clients to partner on key appointments that impact how technology change influences the wider business strategy.
Prior to embarking on a career in recruitment, Gerard worked as a solicitor both in Ireland and, subsequently, in Brisbane.
He has been recruiting ICT positions in Brisbane for the past nine years and his approach to recruitment has always been to ensure a transparent and consultative process for all parties. He brings an exceptionally thorough approach to his recruitment activities and believes that effective recruitment requires detailed analysis and risk mitigation at every step of the recruitment process.
Gerard has always brought an honest and detailed approach to his recruitment activities and by ensuring these standards are not compromised, he has built up an impressive network of clients and candidates that he is always looking to expand on.
