Senior Candidate Manager, HR and Executive

My role as the senior candidate manager, HR and Executive at TROOCOO is to support the overall candidate experience within the HR and Talent community in Brisbane. Working with the Directors and team, I support them through market research and candidate attraction strategies as well as supporting the overall candidate engagement program for the division. 

I hold a Bachelor Degree in Cultural Sociology and am currently studying my Graduate Diploma, Human Resources, and hold five years’ experience specializing in candidate support roles within the recruitment sector. I am passionate about exceptional service delivery and enjoy working with the team who support aspirational career moves for HR and executive professionals. Our candidate and client relationships are critical and my role in supporting these relationships for our consultants is key to the success of our business. 

Prior to joining TROOCOO I spent over 6 years in compliance and administrative specialist roles both in Australia and overseas. I have worked within a range of sectors including Occupational Health, Immigration, HR and Oil & Gas. I have also held roles in Service Delivery and Compliance, where I was responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio and eligibility to work checks. This has given me a strong grounding in the recruitment process to ensure that candidates and clients are receiving the best standard of service possible.
