Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR and Executive

Frances is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist within the HR and executive divisions at Troocoo. Her role is to support the overall candidate experience within the HR and Talent community in Brisbane. Working with the Directors and wider team, she supports them through market research, candidate attraction strategies and nurturing the overall candidate engagement program for the division. 

Frances holds a Bachelor Degree in cultural sociology and is currently studying her Graduate Diploma in human resources. She brings with her over five years’ experience specialising in candidate support roles within the recruitment sector. She is passionate about exceptional service delivery, candidate experience and enjoys playing an instrumental part in promoting aspirational career moves for HR and executive professionals. At Troocoo, our candidate and client relationships are critical and her role in supporting these relationships for our consultants is key to the success of our business. 

Prior to joining Troocoo, Frances spent six years in compliance and administrative specialist roles both in Australia and overseas. She has worked within a range of sectors including occupational health, immigration, HR and oil & gas and has also held roles within service delivery and compliance, where she was responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio and ‘eligibility to work’ checks. This has given her a strong grounding in the recruitment process to ensure that candidates and clients receive the best standard of service possible.
