Dikesh is a Senior Consultant in Troocoo's Government division, specialising in technology recruitment across the Queensland Government. With more than 10 years' recruitment experience, he partners with government agencies to recruit specialist technology professionals across transformation, AI, software engineering, cloud and infrastructure, data, engineering, and program and project delivery.
Originally from New Zealand, Dikesh holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington. Before relocating to Brisbane, he built his career working with both government and SME organisations across Wellington, in a Senior Consultant and team leader role. This experience has provided him with a strong understanding of complex recruitment environments and the importance of delivering a responsive, high-quality service.
Dikesh is known for his consultative approach and commitment to building long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates. He is passionate about supporting the delivery of critical government technology initiatives, mentoring emerging recruiters and continuing to strengthen his expertise within Queensland's public sector technology market.
