​Adrian is the Client Acquisition Manager within the People Advisory division at Troocoo.

After discharging from the Australian Army, where he completed multiple overseas deployments and underwent rigorous training, he transitioned seamlessly into the world of sales. His time in the military provided him with the fundamental skills and invaluable expertise in leading and cultivating teams of people and coaching high-performance.

Over the past 10 years, Adrian has dedicated his efforts to the Australian Software industry, specialising in HR Tech, Ed Tech and Mar Tech, and leading global teams in Sales, Success and Channel Partnerships. Now, he directs his focus towards propelling new business growth within the esteemed People Advisory division.

Adrian has extensive experience building sales processes and teams and specialises in setting up new processes for replicable and scalable growth. Collaborating with clients spanning the globe, he has enabled organizations to unlock their full potential by comprehending and leveraging their teams' individual strengths and weaknesses. He is deeply fascinated by the intricacies of human psychology and understanding why we do what we do.
