Your Role

As a Personal Assistant you'll be the key person who ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:
  • From preparing sales proposals to coordinating marketing campaigns, managing buyer and seller processes, and attending open houses, you'll never have a dull moment.
  • You'll be the friendly face and voice that clients trust, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • You'll work closely with a highly respected real estate agent and other team members, collaborating to ensure every property transaction is a success.
  • Managing email marketing through platforms like Mailchimp and send thank-you cards to clients, adding a personal touch to client relationships. 
Additionally, you'll be responsible for recording and tracking property management referrals, making sure all invoices are processed and paid accurately. You'll also find yourself running errands and attending property photo shoots, contributing to the overall success of marketing efforts.

Since this role is working in the real estate industry, your working week will be from Tuesday through to Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off. If you're unable to commit to working Saturdays, this position will not be the right fit for you. (Of course, life happens and this role can accommodate for the occasional Saturday off for events/commitments etc.)
