Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide leadership to the HR function, overseeing all key stakeholders.
  • Supervise the Senior Payroll Officer to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Lead the HR Business Partner function, covering employee relations, industrial relations, and performance improvement.
  • Manage cyclical HR activities such as engagement surveys, appraisals, and pay reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with industrial instruments and regulatory obligations, including Fair Work.
  • Develop and oversee the grievance handling process.
  • Keep the Head of People Experience informed about significant issues and ongoing employee processes.
  • Lead the apprentice framework and collaborate on its development and execution.
  • Oversee HR reporting to provide insight into business objectives' progress.
  • Advocate safety initiatives to support Repairhub's WHS program.
  • Assist in Senior Leadership Team development projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Regularly participate in key management and team meetings.
General Responsibilities: 
  • Maintain compliance with Repairhub policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure work area meets health and safety standards.
  • Actively engage in team meetings to promote the best outcomes.
  • Participate in learning and skills development opportunities.
  • Support the people and business objectives of Repairhub.
Key Relationships: 
  • Direct Manager: Head of People Experience
  • Direct Reports: HR Team Lead, Senior Payroll Officer, Admin Officer x 2
  • External Relationships: Service Providers
Qualifications/ Requirements: 
  • Blue collar experience highly desirable.
  • Experience leading a team and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Enjoy operational Human Resources.
  • Strong IR/ER skillset.
  • Tertiary qualification in HR or related field desirable but not essential.
