Troocoo Government are currently aiding a leading QLD State Statutory Authority in the recruitment of a part-time Change Management Lead. This position is based in Brisbane's CBD and will pay between $79.94 to $85.60 per hour + super depending on candidate experience.
Please note that this is a part-time position, and will have the successful candidate working 3 days per week.
The Role
This leading QLD State Statutory Body is currently undertaking a business-wide CRM & CMS project as they look to replace their legacy systems. A key deliverable of this role is ensuring that the organisation's people, stakeholders and members of the public adapt & adopt to the new online services and digital ways of working.
The Responsibilities
As the Change Management Lead you will be required (however not limited) to:
- Develop the change management plan to support the implementation of the CRM system.
- Execute the change management activities to help teams better adopt the new system.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with executive, stakeholders and impacted staff across the agency.
- Demonstrate attitudes and behaviours responsive to workplace change (including participates in and encourages others to participate in change and contribute to successful outcomes).
- Collaborate with key internal partners (including the Communications, HR and SMEs) to identify change management activities to maximise benefits and minimise risk.
- Provide regular reporting and briefing material to Project Management Committee.
- Support the transition of change to business-as-usual using relevant, measurable data to monitor progress and realise benefits.
- A strong background in leading Change planning, management, coordination and execution - specifically for a CRM and/or CMS implementation.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is seen as highly desirable.
- Previous Government experience would be deemed as desirable.
