Viola is the executive assistant to the four founding directors and CFO at Troocoo.  

Viola’s expertise lies in her belief and understanding of Troocoo’s long-term vision and values, her dependability, loyalty, accountability, and her indisputable duty of care to all the internal and external stakeholders she works with.  

Viola is a committed, self-motivated team player with expertise in providing c-suite support. Viola is experienced in forward planning to meet tight deadlines, diary management, travel arrangements, and project management, and consistently takes initiative at all levels.

Viola has been in the recruitment industry for 15 years. Her expertise and grounding began in her role as a recruitment coordinator where she quickly progressed to the role of executive assistant to the executive and boards team at one of Queensland’s leading agencies.

Her personality, work ethic, and business acumen saw her progress to being a consultant, utilising the invaluable knowledge she had gained, specialising in business services and accounting support.

Viola’s passion, however, lies in the executive assistant space. With over eight years’ experience, Viola has been exposed daily to engaging with executives, both internally and externally, which provides her with detailed, firsthand knowledge of the skills, experience, and personal attributes required to be successful.
